NexAura
One workflow from content plan to published channel, with AI doing the planning, localization QA and the paperwork.
Overview
Plan, localise and publish from one place.
NexAura came out of running content operations for publishers: the same plan lived in three tools, localization QA happened in spreadsheets, and publishing to each channel was its own manual job.
It puts planning, production, localization QA and multi-channel publishing on one board. Assistants draft briefs, flag inconsistent terminology across languages and prepare channel-specific outputs; people approve. Every asset carries its history, so a question about what went out, where and in which version has an answer.
What it does, in order
Tabs pin the screenshot; text scrolls on mobileOne plan, with owners, that every channel reads from.
Briefs, calendars and ownership on one board. The assistant drafts the first version of each brief from the content plan so editors start from something.
- Briefs drafted from the plan
- Owners and dates per asset
- Calendar across channels
Key features
Multi-channel publishing
Push the same asset to LMS, web and print pipelines with channel-specific rules, and see where each version is.
Analytics that name the bottleneck
Cycle time by stage, by team, by asset type.
Automation rules
Route, tag and notify without a developer.
Roles and audit trail
Who changed what, when, with approvals.
Integrations
LMS, DAM and TMS connectors, plus a generic webhook step.
Built inside real work
It started as a production automation tool for a publisher.
Metadata extraction across thousands of unstructured assets became the first module. Timelines came down 30%; the tool became NexAura.
