BabbleNex
Structured interviews that score themselves. BabbleNex gives every candidate the same role-based questions, scores responses against the same rubric, and keeps a transcript you can stand behind.
Overview
Interviews that score themselves.
BabbleNex started as the tool our own staffing practice used to run first-round interviews consistently across hundreds of candidates a month.
It runs structured interviews against a question bank, scores answers against rubrics the hiring team agreed in advance, and produces a transcript and scorecard that hold up in an audit. Recruiters see a ranked shortlist with the evidence behind each score rather than a gut feeling.
What it does, in order
Tabs pin the screenshot; text scrolls on mobileQuestion banks and rubrics per role, so every candidate is asked the same things the same way.
