You will build the workflow automation and model-backed services our clients run their content operations on, with human review designed in from the start.
What you'll do
- Build document parsing, classification and generation pipelines with review loops.
- Integrate model APIs with client systems through rules engines and queues.
- Measure quality with sampling and feed it back into prompts and models.
What we look for
- Four or more years in Python or TypeScript back-end engineering.
- Has shipped an LLM-backed feature to production and measured it.
- Understands the difference between an automation and a decision.
